One suggestion for Cleon/Rashidi

There are many new posters who visit here, clearly without first reading the Forum Rules. Would it not be better to explain to them why a particular thread is being closed if they are new, rather than just putting the lock on the thread without an explanation?- might just make them read the rules and know how to contribute in the future,

I can't be bothered to do that, if people cba to read the rules whats the point of me explaining them. It defeats the purpose of having them written down. It says read before posting in big letters.

I think the header should read T&TT. Sorry for the confusion, but I can't abide writing Tactical Theorems and Frameworks every time I reference the thread!
