Obviously Kaka is one of, if not the best player in he world irl at the moment. C. Ronaldo is quality but he has only had one great season were as Kaka has been the Italian leagues top player for about 4 years. He's also been the main catalyst in their recent Champs league and Serie A triumphs so C. Ronaldo still has a bit of catching up to do.
Now to the real business, FM07. My FM07 Kaka would be Leandro Lima because he's a playmaker midfielser and has immense long shots. On my West Brom save he became one of the best players in the world and almost always scored in cup finals and against Chelsea.

Id say Diego and Kaka are two very similar players, Diego is just 2 or 3 years younger than Kaka though, so he can't really be stated as the 'new' Kaka. Diego, Anderson and Leandro Lima are definetaly the most similar to a young Kaka. People will say Renato Augusto but he's more of a winger/cmf and is quite similar to Ronaldinho.
