| I second that.
Ratinho isn't that much worse than Alves and is much much cheaper.
Rafinha is great too. I say go for one of these three Brazilians can't go past these attacking full backs - they just consistently get 8s and higher.

Thanks for the help. Btw, alves and zaccardo have already been snapped up by liverpool and chelsea for big fees so i have ruled them out and is it just me or does sergio ramos play much better as a CB than a RB? I have tried him there but just doesnt seem to work. Is Miguel Torres good enough do u think? he is 24 now in my 3rd/4th season or should i get rafinha as a replacement?

| Both are only good going foward, playing them in defense will only weaken your back-line no doubt (include vanden borre & rafinha in that category) bad positioning/ concentration & tackling. Corluka/zaccardo i've found to be the best for me

| Sergio Ramos plays better as a CB but he is very good when he plays RB. He's not the attacking kind of RB so if you want an attacking RB then get Rafinha or Ratinho. Get one of them or just buy Richards for 19m.

| Ramos plays better at RB than CB because of his relatively low jumping stat IMO.

zaccardo is a real italian defender. You re not gonna see to many wingers pass him. Very good heading and tackling.
