Does the patch fix the known bugs even if i start with "default" database ?

The reason I ask is I want to start my game with the squads as they were at the start of the season, not with how they are after January Transfer window. If I use default database will the known bugs (shot's to goals, closing down etc) still be fixed ?

Known issues are fixed in your save game but data changes require a new game to be started.

thanks FrazT, so i can start a new game using either database with all bugs fixed and the only difference being 800 will have squads as start of season and 802 with updated squads after transfer window ?

i reedited my data base so all the new players arrive in january or july for liverpool might do the rest if i can find all the info and a have the time
