jst a thought but aswell or instead of players tutoring others there prefered moves like cuts inside and dives into tackles (not helpful) maybe on the training in fm09 you could have a drop down list of prefered moves youd like you coaches to teach your yongsters?

i like that idea, but thats the whole point of tutoring players. i had a quick game with man utd to get to know the new features when i b rought this game, i got danny welbeck being tutored by cristiano ronaldo. after they had finished, he had learnt 'hits freekicks with power' 'likes to beat players repeatly' thats the only way, i think it would be a tad fake if you got to teach players to 'dive' or 'cross from deep' good idea tho!

I think that tutoring in more realistic now. When a player tutors a youngster, he teaches him good and bad things, players are not professional teachers.

Dives into tackles not helpful ?. Ambrosini got this PPM, and he slides into tackles all the time - love it ! 4.3 average tackles pr game is what he got atm.

I think you meen whne strikers dives in the penalty area - thats low sportsmanship(hidden attributes)

I followed my AssMan's advice to have my keeper tutored by a striker and now the Number One has a whole bunch of totally useless PPMs

i just think its plausable that coaches can have a bit more of a hands on role with the youngsters they train. most are explayers anyway who prob have prefered moves. gus poyet for example would have the option to teach "arrives late into box". martin keown could teach "marks oponents tightly". jurgen klinsmen "likes to roll around when tackled" (last 1 was a joke!) come on si, thats prob best idea iv ever come up with.

I have a centre-back (converted to left-back too now) who strikers the most thunderous freekicks I've ever seen...which is fine because he takes my left-footed freekicks. I've now had 2 young centre-backs successfully tutored by him who now also "hit freekicks with power", but I can guarantee that never in a month of Sunday's will either of them be taking freekicks. Mind you, it might be entertaining to see what someone with a 2 attribute for freekicks who hits them with power actually does...!

I would recommend taking a step back. You may not even be safe behind the screen of your computer.

I've never managed to assign a tutor without it all ending in tears

I hate how this feature is implemented.
