You would have to download a competitions pack or logo pack, have a browse around the net for it.

Not neccesarily. It can be done using the editor although you do get more detail and pic packs etc with a download.

You don't need a logo pack, just the small file that fixes the names. Ask in the editors' forum or check one of the many fansites hosting downloads
