Yeah - that was the case in 8.0.1 too - if I move a player to the First Team for 1 week / 1 month etc, then you couldn't move him for a specified duration anywhere else until that time had expired.
That's not what's happening here though.
Also I've progressed over two weeks now (and loaded up an older save from over a month earlier).
