I posted this in the patch thread a few days ago but I've had no response as of yet so I'll put it in here.

I don't think so but unfortunately I have no idea what the extra config file is.

Have you tried to install another skin?

It's meant to fix an issue with certain skin changes not being picked up.

There is a topic about it in the Skinning section

I was just curious to know what it was for, I guess that makes it fine to delete yes? or will I just leave it as I don't have or intend to add any graphics.
