Sorry to say the obvious but have you checked for an instructions page and ensured you followed them to the letter?

As MrPompey said, other than the obvious following the read that comes with it.

Though you will need to state the obvious info.

Where you got it from, how you copied what files you copied, etc, etc. So we might be able to help you with your plight.

Sorry meant readme that some with it. Normally clear enough to get it working.

There is a thread some where on how to install it.. Just run a search on soundpack, you may find others in the same predicament and have a solution to your pain.
