I was on my second season with bolton. Id got them to 6th in the league last season, and with the current season 10 games gone i was 6 and they had moved up 40 places to 23rd in the rich list[all down 2 me] when i decided 2 go on holiday for 1 month becauses i couldnt be bothered 2 play barnsley n derby in the leauge and league cup. After i return from holiday i find out that i am sackedd, and i sacked because while i was on holidday my assistant manager lost 13-0 2 pompey WTF IS THT
It's not even the biggest joke. Surely the biggest joke is "Wenn ist das Nunstruck git und Slotermeyer? Ja! Beiherhund das Oder die Flipperwaldt gersput!"
If you go on holiday you deserve everything you get. Sympathy factor 0.

if so then they better remove the holiday feature completely. it is reasonable to expect proper coaching while you are on holiday. No one in Arsenal asks Wenger if he wants to go on holiday or not in mid season but FM gives that option to us. I can understand if it does not work as the optimal solution for the team but 13-0 defeat or anything similar is not acceptable. If we are not missing any other factor here; I would say this is another bug which maybe considered as minor since not many uses holiday feature in real careers anyways but still it causes unexpected outcome.

A top team losing 13-0 is improbable, not impossible. It might just have been a one off, not a bug.

It really is just as well that you saved the game before going on holiday. Could you imagine how stupid you would be if you didn't?
