I know that I speak for alot of people when I say that Football Manager is a really good game with 1 major flaw. No background changes !

I don't think SI games did its homework properly when it decided not to include this feature. Myself and many other people find this a key feature and have built up huge collections of pictures which we can no longer use.

Frankly, I think SI games attitude of 'we might get you a patch next year if we feel like it' stinks. I think they need to get their finger out. If they can't be bothered to do a patch and quickly then I will be going back to Championship Manager

Maybe the attitude we are seeing about patchs and other stuff etc Is the same reason that they dont do championship manager anymore because the other developers didnt want somebody working with them that had a crap attitude.

Its not just the opinion of SI, its the attitude of the vast majority of actual players - And both of them are 100% correct.

Should they work on for example the online lag bug or spend their time adding a feature that adds absolutly nothing to the gameplay whatsoever in changing background pictures? No brainer IMO.

And I would like to say I'm firmly a graphics kind of guy. I make skins, and like all the customisation stuff. Sometimes you have to use your common sense though and actually realise that there is a good reason for something not happening.

As for the other points like going to abandoning FM and going back to CM just because of the background changes... thats just plain stupid.

Background changes adds alot to the game. If it weren't so important people wouldn't be keeping on about it. You don't seem to appreciate that.
