To be fair there is no easy and quick way to do this so if I were you I would delete all the pictures you've downloaded and re-install them again.

Without doing this you will have to look up every player's ID in the database plus write out hundreds (possibly thousands depending on how much is missing) of lines of XML which is not fun!
