You can alway download a media pack. I think there is one available from throw-in.com

Press ctrl+alt+delete and go to processes (there you'll find explorer.exe)

| Unless I am doing something wrong.I still cannot delete it.This is what I did selected explorer.exe then end process , then file, new process and re-typed explorer.exe and ok/or whatever the equivalent was.

You should have been able to delete it after you ended the explorer.exe process.
End process
Delete file
Restart computer

The problem seems to be this , when I end process , I lose everything from my desktop , and therefore cannot access the file to be able to delete it.

Have just come home from work and realised this problem. I will put up a temporary link as soon as I can upload the file to a new server. Please bear with me. I am going to contact Filefront regarding this as I have not changed a thing on there.  | |

they are upgrading their server kris, if i am not mistaken it would be up runninf again today(sunday ) or on monday
