Sorry, my bad. There seems to be something wrong with the file from filefront.
What you need to do to delete it, hoerver is to simply close your browser (worked for me anyway).

I realised it too...
Have you shut down your browser/any download manager software?
Doing that should be enough to get them removed to your recycle bin.

finally.. needed to shut doen explorer.exe then it can be deleted. how about that new server..?

No, I'm afraid not. Seems like the file itself is corrupted or removed. I'm sure Kris Gibson will address this as soon as he opens this thread.

townfan, you have to use taskmanager to shut down explorer.exe
then you need to restart explorer.exe from your taskmanager and then you can delete the file.
johnlj.. you can't use just part of the update.. because it overwrites your old data completly
