I've created my own team using the ingame editor. It's the year 2016 now and i've come across some rather annoying issues.

- I tried to change the names of existing club. Doesn't work.
- The name of my stadium is not being displayed in-game, there's only a ',' where the name of my stadium should be.
- My team does not regenerate youth players. This was also a problem with CM03/04, where after a couple of years no regens appears at your club. This time none appear at all.
- My 'grey' players and staff are all Ethiopians, while my club's nationality is belgian and I play in the belgian league.
- Other newly created teams also have ethiopian regens and staff, if they have regens at all.

Are these knows issues and is there a way around them. (5.0.3)

First, you really should upgrade your game to 5.0.5. It's been out for ages now and the first thing should ALWAYS be to check your version and find out if there are any patches available. Secondly, once you've applied the patch, you should start a new game and see if it occurs again. If you're not willing to do that then we can't help you.

In-game editor? What in-game editor? There are real-time editors and none of them are official and both are prone to f**king up your game ocassionally.

There's MCFM and FM Modifier. And a save game editor for the Mac.

I have had no problems with regens not appearing although it is apparently still a constant issue in GCFM.

As for only Ethiopians in your squad... That has to be better than a squad of Flemish players! Hell, a squad of blind, deaf, cripples would be better! Ok, enough of the dodgy remarks Dan. I've not heard of this problem.

Maybe the game is trying to simulate the result of some future war between Belgium and Ethiopia. The likely instance is that you've buggered with your game too much.
