I did the team swap trick (as you discovered) on somebody else's Super League based in Scotland at the time but got bored of such a plain Scottish structure.

FM Finland is a data update I've used to save doing every transfer manually, I recommend EVERYBODY get it, it's by far the best out at the moment, very recent too. I had to do all the teamswapping / leagues myself. >_<

I'll add your name (Stevenhp1987) and a link to your thread in the readme when it's finally ready again. I've started re-making it based on a different ranking system, coming along quite well, I've got through 3 leagues in a matter of half an hour :S All have their current nationality apart from Zamalek I *think* they're Egyptian but there aren't any Egyptian leagues to swap a reserve club into.

hmmm.... yes they are egyptian.....

Take the team that you swapped for zamalek... and swap them with the zamalek reserves/u18, that should do the trick,

and lol, yes you can add my name, you dont have to add the link though, you can if you want.

Have you played the league for a while, does it work properly, I noticed a few errors, but nothing major that will affect gameplay using the method.

I've recreated it 4 times, locks up every time. Doesn't look like it's possible.

it could be you have to swap all the clubs nationalities to the nationalities of the league you based it on ~ I seem to remember other superleagues floundering on the wrong nationality issue

you may not have noticed, but i found a better way to retain nationalities. Since this will contain european teams, goto the editor and untick all of these competitions' nation (e.g. where it has a tick for the nation swedon, lets say, untick it). Do this with all other leagues which you are transfering clubs from, then it will work. Much easier I must say.
