Dont know about the first two, but Bolt only shows on large database. If the players are without a club at the start of the game the ddt file wont help you. Hammerfest guys will be their whatever the database you load.

I've tried on large database but he still isn't there. Is there any way I could get him into the game.

Just a point would it not have been easier and a smaller file had you used the same command but listed nations instead of all those clubs

Nope, because you end up with more players and data, this way you end up with all the players from the clubs you want, faster and leaves out players of no interest to you in obscure clubs.

As for where to put it and what to do, their is a zip file of it on the forum, bit if you dont want to use that, copy and then paste the data above into wordpad found on your Windows, then save the file with what ever file name you want but put .ddt at the end of it. So if you called it extrateams the file name would be called "extrateams.ddt". Save this into your FM2005/data/db folder, and when the game loads and you go to select your leagues to use and the like, go to preferences and your find it at the very bottom ticked under the DDT section.

You either have something wrong with your computer or you also have to many leagues running mate. I have a P4 1.4 pentium chip and 512RDRAM, so not the fastest computer, but the game flies along for me with English leagues, conference up, Serie A, La Liga, Scottish Premier Divison, Medium Database and my ddt file!
