Yes in reply to the other thread, we should keep all comments in here. I have chosen one specific date to make it easier for all who may want to change this and as it does not affect anything when in the summer transfers go through. On the other hand the 40 or so winter transfers I have are specifically dated as to approximate reality as much as possible. There are also about another 30-40 which have been done for august 2004.

This is coming from an outsider here, but I'd like to make something of a suggestion:

Why not set something up whereby there are scouts for each division (or a couple for each) and do the project like that?

Personally I much prefer to use this type of update and by using the system I suggested you can guarantee no transfers are missed.

What do you think?

That would be good, but there are only about three or four of us at the moment. If we expand the franchise this will certainly be looked into. Having said that many trasfers do occur between division so that would mean a lot of double work.

Are you interested in helping out by the way ?

There are many free countries to be updated.

It's the simplest thing.

"FUTURE_TRANSFER" "First Name" "Nick Name" "Last Name" "Old Club" "New Club" Date eg. 15 6 2005 TRANSFER FEE, WAGE, CONTRACT LENGHT.

example:
"FUTURE_TRANSFER" "Fernando" "" "Morientes" "Real Madrid C.F." "Liverpool" 13 1 2005 0 25000 4

Just make sure the name of the player and the club appears exactly like in the game.
