The numbers are easy to do it's just cut and paste. It's finding/confirming the transfers that take time.
Then finding out their names in the game which can differ from real life, especially in Spain, and getting the club name correctly done.

How do you do players that have been released or retired???

I've managed to get some working. Noticed you can't use ID's for the clubs on this.

I don't think you can do retirement, correct me if I am wrong.
I believe that releasing a player works with a double "" instead of a club name, then date and nothing more. I am not sure if it works however.

Perhaps you can confirm this for us?

Afraid not. I usually just leave players who are going to be released or who are going to retire alone. It's more of an editor thing I think, unless someone can figure it out. You should leave it alone for now.

OK, just means on this update that players released irl will still be at their club.

Hmm, well it is just a good way of keeping up to date with transfers from all around the world (hopefully).

Why don't we just put the released players at the bottom of the edt-file (of course they won't work) but if someone wants all the players released they can do it in the editor using these facts instead of spending a lot of time searching after them....

I can do that, put player and club, then released at bottom. People can do what they want then with that!
