I personally don't know wwhat you can do with them, but the DB Structure files are for download in the SI download section...

Dan: Will you make a pregame editor now? I'm pretty sure you are able to make a more userfriendly pregame editor than the official one.

maybe just editor for creating new leagues (not quite new because it is hardcoded, but super league...)

No... Leagues are essentially hardcoded. You can alter teams and names of league but they essentially have the same structure (ie the top English league will always have 20 sides with the three at the bottom getting relegated).

No... For the same reason as I gave above. Sorry, I could have answered this together. Someone is working on an editor however. With several cool features IIRC.
