I have started on a "real fixtures" pack for FM 2005 and require 6 more people to give me a hand in completing it as I can't do it all myself.

League One
League Two
Conference National
Conference North
Conference South

One division each...I can provide the fixtures if neccessary and of course the competition file.

By editing these files you are able to modify the games' fixtures so that they are the same as ones used by teh Football League. :thup:

Will you have live games added (eg original dates moved for sky) or have the original dates (eg all matches would start as saturday)?

I'll give you a hand Matt, I did a similar set of fixtures for CM4 where back when. I just need to see the fixtures file format for FM so I know what I'm working with.

As I mentioned in GQ, are there any additional fields to do with kick off times and marking games for TV matches? The biggest problem in CM4 from what I remember was that when some fixtures were played on unusual days (such as midweek for Boxing Day fixtures or Easter fixtures) then the KO times were set to 7:30pm or 7:45pm when in reality these matches would KO at 3pm

Unless we can specify which games are TV games I would suggest that it is best that they are all set to be Saturday matches and then we allow FM to decide the TV matches from that fixture list. This would need to be tested out first though, just to make sure that FM would reschedule games for TV based on these lists.

Yes, I agree.

The fixture files are exactly the same as before in CM4 and CM 03/04 and we can't specify TV matches.

I've started the Championship fixture file and had moved the games so that they took into account real-life TV matches (in a hope that FM would realise they were 'out-of-the-way' and would assign them to TV).

I suggest then, that we let the matches remain on Saturdays or (in the case of Boxing Day and New Year whichever day they are) and let FM identify the decent fixtures for TV.

I would also say that evening matches should kick off at 19:45.
