Me and a friend made a premiership file we called it eng_prem_11.cmp and put it in the comp folder in the data folder but no luck .

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated

I think the format is <3-digit country name>_<3-digit competition name>_<competition ID>.cmp

i.e. eng_prm_11.cmp and sco_spl_45.cmp

I've done scottish premier league; you want to email me yours and swap and see if we can get working?

Try the "comps" folder instead of "comp".

I've nearly done the Championship, and someone else has done the EPL, so now we're looking to do League One -> Conference North/South.

As long as the content is in the file we can then find out once and for all where they go. They definitely work, I've asked SI - it's just getting them to work that appears to be the problem at the moment!

Matt, any ideas on the following? The_Gooners and I have exactly same format for English and Scottish Premier Leagues but neither working - in /data/comps folder and called eng_prm_11.cmp and sco_spl_45.cmp.

That's just strange.

Can't really see what's going wrong. Perhaps try putting the file itself in the db folder and see what that does?

I've created various folders as well as 'comps' - 'fixs', 'fixtures', etc just in case, and also put file in 'db' folder but no joy at all...

I've used Word to check each team name and each team appears exactly 33 times (for SPL, before split) and is in long name format.

I'm stumped
