I started using my AssMan for Team Talks and got told that "...ignoring the players for too long will not help moral.." (or something like that).
So what are you supposed to do?

I use none usually before all games! I've only used the option at rival matches for stuff like for the fans etc!
Generally saying nothing before a game doesn't affect anything! :thup:

i find that wishing them luck before a match and using 'tell the team they can win this' at half time works well, especially with shay given at newcastle who 'seems delighted' whenever he is told this  | |
