After previous attempts at creating tactics on previous FMs with no (or short-lived) success, I have managed to create what I think is a pretty good tactic. I have had good success with chelsea, winning the league the 2 seasons I have been in charge and also the champions league and fa cup etc.

It uses a 4-3-2-1 formation with attacking fullbacks, three centre midfielders, two attacking midfielders and one striker (who scores upwards of 30 league goals per season).

Ok, ok so I know being successful with Chelsea is not immensely difficult - this is the reason I have decided to post my tactic, which is by no means perfect, to hopefully get feedback from you guys. Any feeback would be appreciated..

Here is an idea.

Before posting a tactic on a forum, try it with a weaker side and see how it performs, it is then much easier to pinpoint any weaknesses in the tactic or see where it can be improved.
