...just thanx! won the treble with Napoli in 2009, just using the 4.3.2.1. home version, no matter what.

Just some more feed back on the 4-4-2 Free tactic..
Started a game with portsmouth, made some decent signings (Eddie Johnson, Esposito, Marica) and come January I'm top of the league, beat Arsenal 4-2 away and Chelsea 3-1 away
My best player is Gary O'Neill who is scoring freely from set pieces.
Very impressed with the defence of corners and free kicks and my only reservation of the tatic is getting caught out when I have a corner because I only have one person back.
Other than that its top notch mate :thup:

hi synax2
i'll be starting second season with liverpool tonight ( as im in office now i cant play ). like to know what kind of striker is prefered? i just signed tevez for 25m i hope the tactics can work fine with him. his not that good with his head and not sure about him being the lone striker.
my possible lineup for 4-2-3-1
GK-Reina (Degre)
DL-Aurelio (Fawcett)
DR-Vanden Borre (Finnan)
DC-Carragher & De Jong (Aggar)
DMC-Gerrard or Sissoko & Alonso (Sivok)
ML-Mark Gonzalez or Garcia (Adu)
MR-Garcia or Mokoena
AMC-Tuncay or Gerrard
SC-Tevez (Vitti & Fowler)
is my lineup ok?

Rui Costa, thanks for the feedback glad to see its worked.
Kiyo, they should be fine, if you have a look at my guide in the tactics section i do have an area init which explains about what to pick and look for in certain players and i think it would help, Synax.

I have played Man utd with 5 games.
formation : 4-2-3-1
I can't understand my recording..
match:5 score:8(1.6) concede:5(1.0)<-- this record makes me crazy... very low score and very high concede ..
I use home formation in home match and away formation in away match.. I follow above your guide..
could you tell me what problem is?

I used the 4-4-2 tactic in my Man U Game for 2 seasons and won everything, Good stuff.
Now im trying to create my own with similar results.
