Hi Synax,
First of all, excuse me for my English I m not excellent and I will use some French words, hoping you will understand me!
Any way, The Tactic is great I searched for 4-2-3-1 since mony months and i m so glad I found one. But the defece line isn't so perfect, my 2 "latéraux" can't have the ball so the "couloirs" are easy to "franchir" by the "adversaire"!
PS: I change the positions of the DMC (into MC) and the M R/L (into AM R/L)

adversaire => opposition
couloirs => sides
franchir => beat
it's not exactly the definition, but it's close .
