I created one for my Rangers side based on McLeish's success with the 4-3-3 in 2002/03 and the TT&F discussion.
It has to be pointed out that very rarely did I dominate possession, but I won the league in my first season and reached the UEFA Cup semi finals (performing very well before being knocked out 2-1 on aggregate somewhat unluckily - two harsh penalties - by the eventual winners Sevilla.)
It fell away a little bit in season two; perhaps I set it up a tad too defensively.
Noticably it produced a helluva lot of those diagonal balls the opposition love to hit you with, and the opposite winger always seemed to be lurking around the back post to get on the end of crosses from the other winger.
It was set up as: GK, DL, DR, DC, DC, MCL (Farrow INSIDE to the AMC proper position), MCC, MCR, AML (Farrow), AMR (Farrow), FC
