Im fed up of seeing threads on training continuously being closed down.
Having just tried to help someone with there problem the thread was closed before i could post a reply. Sorry mods on here but there is a major problem with training in FM2007 thats pi$$ing me and a lot of people off and spoiling an otherwise great game.
I want to see an open discussion on this problem for the reason that if someone has found a workaround i want to know about it,
as all my players decrease in stats'across the board regardless of what i do over a course of a season. NO ONE has improved at all over the whole year and at best they remain the same.
Stop closing the damn threads on this, we paid 20-25 pounds each for this and your acting like we shouldnt be pointing out this major problem.
Thx, ive seen those and not found the answers, but im looking for a discussion and workaround more than anything as a patch is not forthcoming, was hoping the discussion would be here given that its a training forum.
Im not gonna post another bug thread thats known already just want a damn solution to this.

If so, it breaks 2 rules. So I have every right to close the thread. I see no discussion in that thread at all. If it was a discussion id leave it open.
Next time you open a thread to complain about a thread being shut, check the rules and see if it complies with them, If not you got your answer as to why it was closed.
Your blind, im not just complaning i am starting a discussion. Where i am complaining i have a very valid reason to, and as i stated im looking for a solution to this ingame problem!
Tut, manners !!

You critised us for closing threads, I gave you a reason why it was closed, even though I have no obligation to explain my actions. You have no valid reason to complain about threads being closed. If you want to carry on the discussion my email is the profile or email mods@sigames
Now if you do want it to turn into a discussion, then maybe tell us a little bit about the schedules you have been using. Instead of us all trying to guess
I agree the mods go a bit over the top when closing threads. I opened a thread asking if anyone had had success with set pieces in the FM2007 Demo (in the Tactics and Training forum). My thread was closed and I was told (a bit rudely) that it had already been discussed in the official FM2007 Demo Tactics Thread and I should take it there.
This thread was already many pages long. Surely it would have been better to have a seperate thread to discuss it. This would also make the info easier to find for other users looking for advice.

Possibly, but then the forum would get cluttered with a whole manner of individual topics. You'll find that most threads don't get closed if the opening post is longer than three lines. If you provide a decent conversation starter, then Cleon et al will probably keep it open.
I don't think the mods are looking for an essay, but a couple of lines with a question mark at the end isn't helping anybody, least of all the person that asked the question.

If you just had one topic for all things tactical that would confusing and completely ridiculous. That's not how these forums work.

I was asking for general advice for setting up my corner instructions. Not really much more you can say there.
Having said that I do agree that a lot of threads do need closing. People just asking what tactic they should use without giving details are just being idiots.
