In fact ive watched the problem over several seasons and still regardless of my actions they decrease by -1 -2 stats.
| I hate to disagree but that is not happening to ALL my players..some of my players have turned into gems. I admit I'm no genius when it comes to training, but I do listen to the experience of Asmodeua and the rest. I would agree with you if all my players experienced drops, but they don't and i'm using a side which has poor training facilities and only 5 coaches.

And from what dates do you compare stats too? straight after pre season? </BLOCKQUOTE>
Cleon, i stated that i was using the schedules by alcoholic for 2 months but had seen a decrease with every other training system i used over consecutive seasons, which coincidently are very similar to the ones i am now trying, infact only the name differs as they're not my schedules.
After two months i dont expect to see improvements, but neither do i expect to see a continuing downward trend but i will continue with them.
Now maybe there is crossed wires here but im stating a fact of what im experiencing ingame, im sorry if this constitutes attitude to you, im just ever so slightly annoyed that my players stats will not improve under any circumstance i have tried thus far and endless schedules giving me the same advice that i have already tried and tested dont seem to work.
As for dates i am in my third season and players stats have decreased each season. I have been monitering 6 talentd youngers (aged 18-24) over three seasons from different positons.
All have decreased across the board, season by season, apart from their influence which has improved

If you told me roughly, at which 2 points in the year you compare stats, I might be able to help.

Also remember, young players need a different type of schedule sometimes. Also they need first team football to develop aswell as a good schedule.

I usually compare on a quarterly basis (every 3 months) hoping to see some signs of improvements.
I have compared season to season, both pre-season and mid season and after a sustained length of time (years) i only have decreases. Surely this is not working as intended?

| Id honestly put it down to something you are doing. Its just trying to figure out what
When comparing though, make sure you do it around the same time all the time. If not, you will get an in accurate look at how his training is going. Because during different persiods the stats fluctuate more/less. Plus your tactic, injuries etc all have to be taken into consideration. Its not only down to a schedule.

Not everyone is experiencing the same as you, the odd players yes but not every single player.
But meh im fed up of trying to help you. Quote: |
There are issues with rounding at play as well. The attributes are actually stored on a larger range than the 1-20 shown, and then rounded up or down for the screen. So lets imagine that you have a player who effectively has 18.6 for dribbling, and that is reduced by .2, then the screen will show a decrease of 1 even though in reality its only .2. Short of showing attributes as fractions or showing them on a larger scale there is little we can do about this apart from explaining the situation here so you all understand it.
| Im certain thats what your problem is.

Ok, so this explains why season after season, with some of the top coaches, a happy squad, good training schedules my players stats will continue to drop on a downward spiral where the trend will dictate that all of my stats reach 0.
Tbh im fed up of you trying to help me too.
