Since consistency is key for teams, and tactics is important to keep consiistent.

If I keep 4 different set of tactics, all the same formation, just with different player mentalities and instructiosn will this affect hw my team adopts to these tactics in a major way.

I plan on creating 4 different tactics.

It didn't seem to on 2006. I used to play a 442. I had a home,away,a defend lead, and an attacking one.

used to use the defend lead or attack one during the match depending on the current score.

havent tried it in 2007, as copying tactics from 2006 didnt seem to copy the team instructions across. at the moment i'm just using a home and an away which seems to work for me.
