I need L and R Full Backs with good defensive qualities, some pace and also some crossing ability?.
Also two CB's with very good defensive qualities, plus some pace and good concentration?.
The main aim is to win the lions share of headers and not to let fast strikers penetrate my back line. As well as not having to watch my DC's **** up continuously!.
Any idea's?.

Whats your budget like? I could list you Ashley Cole, Puyol, Ferdinand and Zambrotta, but you'd never be able to afford them.

£30M to spend, start of 1st season with West Ham, so have to have players who will agree terms?.
I'd go straight for Corluka and Zaccardo to fill two places, only Corluka never gets a WP and Zaccardo will only agree to sign now and again.

christian zaccardo for right back
centre backs would be:
(for pace, good marking, tackling and heading)
