As the title suggests, im interested to find out if there are any rough diamonds available for loan at the beginning of the game.

I plan on starting a new game with tottenham, and already have a good idea of potential transfer targets, but am curius to know if there may be any1 available to loan that may be of use to me, perhaps not 1st team, but backups would be useful.

All suggestions would be welcome.
