Default An enjoyable team to manage in league 2 or below

After a few saves in the Premiership I've decided to celebrate the new patch by starting a lower league game.

I'm looking for an enjoyable club in League 2 or the Conference.

"Enjoyable" for me means:

- No financial problems
- A decent squad
- At least a couple of decent youngsters to train and develop

Any suggestions?

Peterbrough

they are in no debt and get a transfer budget of 350k and they are able to attract very good players. Also I feel they have already got the best squad in league 2

Good shout.

I've been considering Darlington but it looks like Peterborough are slightly better off financially.
