I've just bid around 50mill for Silva and Valencia have told me they'll settle for £66mill. Is he worth it? Messi's release clause is 43mil but i've tried him loads of times and he won't leave Barca. I've got 100mill to spend and I need a bit of quality, so do ya think he's worth it?

No player in the world (IRL and in game) is worth anything close to that amount dude. Just get someone like Guardado or Menez and they'll do an equally good job for you. And anyway, Silva should have release clause of around 60M so why buy for 66M? And apparantely he signs a new contract with a 30M odd release in a season or two (never happened on mine but lots of people claim it). I'd pay upto 40M and that's also going very high.

Oh and I forgot about Matias Fernandez. Every bit as good as Silva on the left wing or AMC and MUCH cheaper.

I've got Fernandez, he plays down the middle and is amazing. I dunno about 30mill, but on my game he signed a new contract with release clause of 132M . It's a right winger i really need though.

Well if you need a right winger why get Silva? You play a player out of his natural position and he's obviously not going to be as good. That kind on money will be definitely wasted on him if you play him on the right.

For the right, I'd say look at Belluschi, Ribery, Quaresma (against my better judgement!), Behrami, Joaquin (AWESOME!), Gyan or Babel.

I once paid the clause of 90mil euro and I admit he was damn good! But still, like incrediblehulk said, not worth it. Buy Dos Santos for 25mil - he turns into even better player. And if you need rght winger, Silva is not your man.
