Andreas Hinkel is good and rarely gets a game at Seville, worth a try...

If its 2nd season go for Cassetti from Roma should be quite cheap, hes getting on a bit but will do the job and score the odd screamer from 30 yards(well he did for my Villa team)

You could try Torren...Argentine U-20 DRC..I just finished my first season with Blackburn and had Madrid, Chelsea and Roma sniffing round him by the end of it. A new contract was on it's way quite promptly!

Have a look for Mickael Chretien, Morroccan international, plays in France.
Also, the following are good and maybe within price range.
Arthur Sorin (LOSC)
Garry Bocaly (OM)
Christophe Jallet (FC Lorient)
