So playing as Derby, make a good start to my campaign (10th in the league!!) and the board expect me to be performing slightly better in my game? Umm...wtf? I even beat Man Utd for God's sake. If you say you are going to battle bravely against relegation, the board should be delighted if you are tenth.

What are your finances like, How much money have you spent,are you paying to much money in wages, are the board unhappy with any of your signings. Usually when the board are unhappy with you they give a reason.
