i have downloaded the torrent and the patch i just need to know what to do now to get it to work any help would be appreciated

Just run the patch and that's it.

whenever i double click on it it just goes back to the torrent saying i have already downloaded it and if i want the trackers do i need to move the file anywhere for it to work on the game

Sounds like you are clicking the torrent file, not the patch file.

In the torrent program, can you right-click the file and choose open?

If so, try that and you may have more luck.

Alternatively, look in the options for the torrent program and see where it is saving your downloads to.

You use the torrent file to download the patch using bittorrent. Then after you complete the download you run the patch, let it update and then you can start the game and play.
