How to do arc's, bow's or how ever you'll call it?
Hey Guys...
i was just asking myself how you do this arc's, bows, directed edge, curvatures... how ever you may call it.
i was looking for a picture to point on it, but i was tierd of searching so i took the first one, that came up with some of these bows. and thats... right... here.
As you can see, the upper and the lower half have this nice bows in the background. so... question is: how to do them?
i do know that there is a option to do that with the [pen tool], but i'm not very clear about using that thing. so my question is, i think, really simple: Is there any other way to do them? Maybe with a brush-set or something.
and if not... do you know any tutorial that explains using the pen tool?
Thx a lot!

for the top, lightened, curved part of the wall u use the pen tool, make new layer click with the pen tool at the on end of the wall then click in the middle for example, then drag the mouse on one side until u get the wanted curve, then click on the other part of the wall, then right click "Make Selection" "feather = 0" and then u just fill it with white or gradient.
