I know it sounds like an odd question but Belarusian clubs can have players from certain countries and they are not classed as being foreign.

So far I have worked out that players from Russia, Ukraine and Kazhakstan are not classed as foreign. Are there any more?

Did Belarus use to be part of the USSR? If they were, I guess that any other country who were part of them are not classed as foreign.

im assuming all the ex soviet union contires by the ones you have listed just type in soviet union countries into google and that should give you the list of countries
