I'm not being funny or anything but something odd is going on with my game. Interestingly enough all the strange things that have started happening started AFTER i installed the 8.0.1 patch. I'm passing on the 8.0.2 for the time being.

On two occasions now I have had a penalty given against me for a player who was no where near the incident, if it can even be called that. In this case Veloso was over at the right of the box as the other team was attacking, then it comes up that Veloso has conceded a penalty !? How could he, he wasn't anywhere near where it happened !

There are another coouple of strange thing's one of which I already posted about, that of the scouts who have stopped finding players even in regens where they have 100% knowledge. All my scouts have a LEAST 15 for both judging attributes but most of not all have around19 for both.

Again that has only started happening since the recent install of the 8.0.1 patch.

Finally the last strange thing, to me anyway, is that of Man Of The Match. Far far far too often I win a game and the opposition GK is given Man Of The Match. Now yes he can win it but not half as much as is happening, and if that isn't enough the same thing is happening to my reserves team aswell.

What gives here ? Are they bugs ? Known issues ? I'm certainly not dreaming them up or talking out my backside and in my first season under the original DB everything was fine, it all changed after I patched it.

I think you'd be best patching to 8.0.2 then seeing if these problems still exist.
