The game automatically defaults any age under about 26 to 30, so the manager starts with a realistic age.

i dont care with the age anymore.
i just set myself to by birth month/day and set myself to be 36 years old.

I usually use FMM to edit my age once the game is setup.

Your Age in the game is one of the less important things in the game i would say. More focus on the real aspects that are important

Does the implementation of an actual manager age stop you from going on and on into the future? Will you actually "die" at a reasonable age? Or is it possible to get a 186 year old manager if you have the time?

Anyone?

that would be crap if you got set your real age ccos for me its unrealistic having a 18 year old in charge of pompey

It goes on for as long as you want, there is no realistic limit.
