They have made it far to easy to score in the SPL. I have 117 goals in 27 league games and am slaughtering everyone easily (Europe as well). The last 3 I have just went on holiday through as I am sick of winning games by 6 or more goals. At least these 3 had smaller victories.

My best header of the ball has also scored 42 goals (on all comps) by mid-February.

Everything was okay until I installed the patch at the beginning of the current season.

Anyone else carried on a saved game with the new patch and had these problems? Should I start a new game?

Having read your other posts, it appears to be the issue with scoring from corners that's causing your "problem".

I recently won a game 12-0 with John Terry scoring 5 goals from corners.(After reading about this issue I did some testing and I'm scoring far too often from corners now)

I had this on a sved game, however on restarting with 8.02 it dosen't seem so extreme.

I've just started a new game with the patch installed in the bulgarian league and there's been 39 goals (both for and against) in 7 games. So I don't think a new game would change anything.

The strange thing is that all the other fixtures finish with relatively normal scorelines, it's just my team that win 4-3 and lose 5-1 etc.
