Default How to Change the colour of a Country?.
or the competition colour, lets say the italian league colour is now light blue,,and i want it to have dark blue,how should I do that? I know it has something to do with the .xml files.
but how and what to change?

It's nothing to do with the XML... You go to the official editor, load it up, go to the competition(s) you want to change, and change the colours from there... It's the only way...
