Morning All

Just downloaded the new patch yet not installed as yet due to something I picked up on the main forum board about the possibility of the latest patch knocking your skin out of sync

I'm using the Stone Skin, can anybody confirm that the new patch will have no effect on this or my game?

First time I've used a skin BTW and I think the Stone one is excellent

I am using the Stone Skin and have come across no problems yet with the new patch and the skin.

why would there be any problems!?
The skin has nothin to do with the data as it is just a graphical layout. All the patch has done has sorted out a few minor niggles with the data.
Skins dont get affected in the slightest

Actually SI have said that there were issues with some skins and the new patch. This centered around player profiles and the match screen apparently - though I have not seen this with any of my skins or skins I use.

There could be issues but if a previous poster says that stone skin works fine with the patch then I guess everything will be OK.

All skins (I think) have 1 problem with the new patch. Closing down is now done by often, mixed and rarely. I looked at it on a skin and it still had the old names (all over, mixed and own half only).

when i first installed the patch i had one problem with all my skins, player ratings could not be seen at the match screen. i reinstalled everything peice by peice and its all good now.

actually ive encountered problems with the default (mettalic) and any subsiquent skins ive used.
ive reinstalled twice to no avail, im finding the problem only in the contract expiry coloumn everything else seems ok,
its unreadable, and hence this being an important part of the game, rendering the game unplayable, so ill have to restart everything from scratch, and not install the patch :thdn:

Cheers for the feedback guys, I'm now really in two minds whether to install the patch! :-)

I'm guessing you guys are all using the Stone Skin? Or is it effecting other skins besides the Stone one?
