I know its not much for someone to browse and install it in the right place but for those who don't know what they are doing it makes it more complicated than it needs to be.
| The installer clearly states "Select the path of the 'data\skins' folder in the directory where you have installed FM 2005". If you don't read the instructions then it will be a hassle...

Rep Power: 0 | After installing the 5.0.3 patch this has occured in my game with the effem skin.
Will this be fixed for your next version Sam?
Many thanks. </BLOCKQUOTE>
I'll have to see if it happens to me when I have downloaded and installed the 5.03 patch. If it does happen to me I'll fix it up, otherwise there's not much I can do.
Anyway, wait till effem v4.0 is released, and see how you go...

when i installed the 5.03 patch i had the problem with player ratings but it was with all my skins, but i reinstalled everything one by one, game then patch then skins then other graphics and its fine now. Also while im here, i know ive already mentioned this to you sam, but i never had the problem with the jerky match engine but when there is an incident on the overveiw screen the match speed slows right down,

That seemed a slightly patronising answer. Perhaps you didn't get my point. I will explain what I meant further:
It makes no sense to have the installer pointing by default to a location that the game is not installed on most systems.
Yes,you can browse the location to the correct one but that gets rid of the point of having the installer. Manually browsing to the correct location in the installer and choosing the location to unzip to is the same thing.
Do you not agree with that?
For the installer to be worth while then it should point to the default FM installation place. Then only people who chose to install FM somewhere else need make any changes rather than everyone who uses it.

| Didn't mean to be patronising, was probably just in a hurry... I was going to put the default install location in the installer but I haven't installed the game in the default location so I didn't know what it was. My next release won't have a RAR installer (even though it can make the file way smaller) because Mac users need a zip file as they can't run .exe files.

| I have just installed the 5.03 patch and that is what causes the player ratings screen to not show up. But I have fixed it so it all works in effem v4.0.
I have also figured out why the game became jerky with the match clock in full screen mode and have fixed that up too for effem v4.0.
