[WIP] Rangers Skin

I was bored so i thought i'd try and knock together a Rangers skin, still a few things to do but it's coming along.

I'm not to sure about the title font the more i look at it so i'll probably change that.

A bit too bright and plain looking for my liking... and is that the Yahoo! font in the titlebar?

Indeed it is

I'll probably darken the blue a bit as you say it is a little on the bright side.
