Does anyone know where i can get a facepack from the German bundesliga team Mainz?

Have tried sortitoutsi and a few other but with no luck

My first attempt

I did manage to make a facepack that uses jpeg. pics, i didnt think that the quality was too bad.

I did try with PNG pictures but they came out looking like a bad printer quality, any ideas what i did wrong?
