Go to the folder of the skin you're using. Open the Graphics folder you'll find there. Then open the Backgrounds folder (make one if it doesn't exist). Now make a Team folder if there isn't one. In here, put your club pictures, size 1024x768.
Now you neeed to make a config file for each picture, something like this:
<record from="accrington" to="graphics/pictures/team/109210/background"/>
<record from="arsenal" to="graphics/pictures/team/602/background"/>
Name the pictures whatever you want to of course, but club ID must be correct. If you want more than one picture of each club that will change whenever you click on it, just place more pictures in the folder, appropriately named, and use simething like this in your config:

I tried to do this, but nothing have changed yet..the only thing i can change is the default bakground pic, the pic who are like a pitch, but the pic for staff, stadium and thing like this i realy can't change. The player's pic was much easier, but this stadium and staff pic...what chall i do... any ideas??
