im downloading a face pack and dont have a clue so could someone tell me what to do it would be most grateful

extract the facepack using win rar/win zip and put them into your sports interactive/football manager 2007/data/graphics/pictures/players/normal/ and then whatever country you want.If you dont have folders for some countries,leagues,make them yourself.
When you restart the game make sure that you click on the preference column,click grahics and sound and untick skin cache but tick always reload skin on restart.
