I'm not sure if it is just me but i am having so much trouble downloading this.Everywhere i go for 5.05 the download never seems to start,i have a brand new machine (1 week old) so it might be the settings or something as when i go to either the si downloads or mc downloads and click to download it it opens a new window and says "page cannot be displayed" so i'm guessing i am doing something wrong,can anyone help a computer virgin lol

It may be your Internet settings being too high. I know there's a problem with the MCFM 0.5.0 download but I'm not sure about the 5.0.5 patch. May I recommend using Firefox to download (or the choppy IE 7 beta 1) instead of the current IE. Also, if it's a week old.

Have a look in your Internet options (located by pressing Tools >> Options >> Security in Internet Explorer.

Make sure they're all at the default level to begin with (Anti-spyware programs et al may optimize them later).
